Nutritionist Recipe - 10. Tomato Pottage with Pork

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Pork - 500 g
  • Tomato - 4
  • Celery - 2 stalks
  • Carrot - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Cabbage - 1/3
  • Chili - 1
  • Thyme - 3 sprigs
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper finely - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Wash the pork and then cut into slices.

2. Wash the tomatoes and remove the stem, cut into dices and then blend into puree.

3. Remove the fiber of the celery, then cut into dices.

4. Peel the carrot and then cut into dices.

5. Peel the onion and cut into dices.

6. Wash the cabbage, then cut into pieces.

7. Remove the stem of chili, then remove also the seeds. Cut into pieces.

8. Heat the pot and add the teaspoon of oil, then stir fry the vegetables for a while.

9. Add the pork and continue to stir fry for a while. Then add chili.

10. Add the tomato puree, cabbage and thyme, as well as five bowls of water and cook for another 30 minutes.

11. Season with salt and black pepper finely before serving.
