Wineshark Recipe Card - Breaded Pork Chop

Ingredients:
  • Pork chop - one per person
  • Salt - dashes
  • White pepper powder - dashes
  • Cake flour
  • Bread crumbs
  • Egg
  • Oil
Preparation method

1. Hammer the pork chop and season with salt and white pepper powder.

2. Coat the pork chop first with flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.

3. Deep fry in cooking oil. The oil temperature should not be too hot otherwise the two sides will be burnt but the inside will still be raw.
