Wineshark Cooking - Teriyaki Duck Breast and Orange Salad

Ingredients:
  • Teriyaki duck breast - 12 slides
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Orange juice - 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon rind - 2 tbsp
  • Capers - 1 tbsp
  • Orange wedge - 2 oranges
  • Mixed salad - 1 pack
Procedures:
  1. Mix well the ingredients (except the duck breast).
  2. Put the duck breast on top.
