Wineshark Cooking Class - Fried Fish with Batter 英式炸魚


Ingredients (for 4):
  • Fish fillet - 4
  • Flour - 4 oz
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Water - 6 oz
Procedures:

1. Mix the flour with salt, and then add the water gradually to mix well.


2. Season the fish fillet with some salt and white pepper powder.


3. Heat the oil to the right temperature. Dip the fish into the batter and deep fry until golden.
