Wineshark Cooking Class - Baked Potato Skin 焗薯仔皮


Ingredients (for 4):
  • Potato - 4
  • Mozzarella - 1 oz
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 oz
Procedures:

1. Wash the potato, and then put in a pot with water fully submerging the potatoes.


2. Cook the potato until the water is boiling, and continue to cook for 15 minutes.


3. Turn off the heat and cover with lid to let the potato continue to simmer for another 5 minutes. Then remove and cut the potato into slices.


4. Deep-fry the potato slices until golden. Then remove and soak up the oil.


5. Put the potato slices on a baking tray, and then put the chili con carne on top. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. 


6. Bake in oven until the cheese turns brown.
