Wineshark Cooking Class - Chili Con Carne 辣椒肉醬


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Pork - 400 g
  • Onion - 1
  • Garlic - 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 2 tsp
  • Oregano - 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder - 2 tsp
  • Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  • Kidney beans - 1 can
  • Tomato puree - 1 can
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Chop the pork finely and then mince.


2. Sautee the minced pork until fragrant. Then remove.


3. Chop the onion finely.


4. Chop the garlic finely.


5. Sautee the onion with oil until softened, and then add the garlic in.


6. Add flour, tomato paste and minced pork to continue cooking.


7. Add the 2 cup of water, and then add the herbs. Lower the heat and continue to cook for 1 hour.


8. Add the tomato puree and kidney beans. Season.
