- Peeled potatoes diced - 1 lb
- Onion diced - 8 oz
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper finely - 1/4 tsp
Procedures:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into dices.
2. Blanch the potatoes for a while and then drip dry.
3. Deep fry the potatoes and keep warm.
4. Cut the onion and saute until fragrant, then add potatoes and season.
