Ah Sir's Recipe - 11. Chicken Broth

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken - 1/4
  • Water - 2 lb 2 oz
  • Carrot - 2 oz
  • Turnips - 2 oz
  • Leek - 2 oz
  • Celery - 2 oz
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Rice - 1 oz
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Milk - 2 oz
  • Parsley finely - dashes
Procedures:

1. Put the chicken into boiling water and cook for a hour under low heat.

2. Remove the chicken and shred the meat.

3. Dice the vegetable.

4. Put the vegetable into the broth and add the rice.

5. Cook until the vegetable is softened, then add the chicken meat and season.

6. Add milk and mix well. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
