Wineshark Cooking Class - Braised Spareribs 高昇排骨


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Spareribs - 400 g
  • Sesame - 1 tsp
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Rock sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Chinese yellow wine - 1 tbsp
  • Zhejiang vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
Procedures:

1. Toast the sesame until slightly golden. Remove.


2. Heat the pot with oil, then pan-fry the spareribs at medium heat until the surface is golden.


3. Turn to lower heat and add in the rock sugar, continue to cook until the bubbles become small, and the sauce darkens. 


4. Add the Chinese yellow wine and stir well. Then add in the Zhejiang vinegar and soy sauce. 


5. Add the water and cook to boiling. Then braise for 15 minutes. 


6. Serve with some sauces and then sprinkle the sesame on top.
