Wineshark Cooking Class - Deep-fried Pork Fillets 炸肉片豬排


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Slices of pork - 300 g
  • Flour - 3 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs - 10 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Flour - 100 g
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Salad vegetables - 1 box
  • Vinaigrette dressing - 6 tbsp
Procedures:

1.  Split the slices of pork into equal portions of six, then season with salt. 


2. Mix the egg, water and flour together. Whisk well. 


3. Mix the salad vegetables with vinaigrette dressing.


4. Knead the pork flatter to about 1.5 cm thick, then coat with flour, knocking off excess. Put in the batter and then onto bread crumbs. 


5. Put the oil in the pot and heat up to 180 degree Celsius. Put the pork in and cover with lid to deep-fry for 3 minutes. Then remove and drip off excess oil before serving with the salad.
