Wineshark Cooking Class - Pork Salad 豬肉沙拉


Ingredients (for 4):
  • Pork - 1 piece around 200 g
  • Salad vegetable - 1 pack
  • Carrot - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Celery - 3 stalks
  • Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Sesame - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Marinate the pork with salt on both sides.


2. Cut the onion, celery and carrot into pieces. Then put in a cast iron pot with oil. 


3. Put the pork on top. Cover with lid and cook with medium heat. When steam starts to seep out, turn to low heat and continue to cook for 40 minutes.


4. Mix sesame oil with soy sauce and rice vinegar, then add sesame in to make the sauce.


5. Remove the pork and cut into slices.


6. Wash the salad vegetables and then drip dry. Put on the serving plate.


7. Put the pork on top, then pour the sauce on top.
