Wineshark Cooking Class - Green Bell Pepper with Creamy Egg 滑蛋青椒


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken steak  - 2 pieces
  • Bell peppers - 3
  • Onion - 1
  • Egg - 2
  • Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Mirin - 3 tbsp
Procedures:

1. Prepare the chicken steak using the stewing method. 


2. Cut the chicken steak into bit size pieces.


3. Cut the bell peppers into pieces.


4. Cut the onion into petals.


5. Put the soy sauce and mirin in the pot, then place the bell peppers, onion and chicken on top. Cover with lid and cook until steam comes out from the side.


6. Pour in half of the whisked egg, mix well. Cover with lid and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.


7. Switch off the heat and pour in the remaining egg. Cover with lid and let it rest for another 2 minutes before serving.
