Wineshark Cooking Class - Cote de Porc Pane Balsamico 香草焗豬扒黑醋汁


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Pork chop - 8 
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Butter - 2 oz
  • Garlic - 1 tsp
  • Rosemary - 1 tsp
  • Parsley - 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs - 2 oz
  • Mustard - 2 tsp
  • Onion - 4 oz
  • Apple - 1
  • Prunes - 8
  • Balsamic vinegar - 4 oz
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Procedures:

1. Hammer the pork chop to loosen the fiber.


2. Marinate the pork chop with salt and white pepper powder.


3. Saute garlic with butter.


4. Add bread crumbs, rosemary and parsley. Season with a bit of salt. Remove.


5. Peel the apple and cut into thick slices.


6. Cut the prunes into halves.


7. Cut the onion finely.


8. Saute onion with oil.


9. Add apple, prunes and balsamic vinegar, add the sugar in to mix well.


10. Pan-fry the pork chop.


11. Put the mustard on half of the pork chop.


12. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs mix and put in oven to bake until the surface is slightly golden.


13. Pour the balsamic vinegar sauce with the apple and prune on the other pork chop. Then add the baked one on the side.
