Wineshark Cooking Class - Baked Shiitake Mushroom with Sour Cream

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Shiitake mushroom - 8 
  • Sour cream - 4 oz
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs - 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/8 tsp
  • Black pepper finely - 1/8 tsp




Procedures:

1. Wash the shiitake mushroom and remove the stem. Then drip dry.

2. Mix the sour cream with Parmesan cheese, season with salt and black pepper finely.
3. Stuff the sour cream onto the shiitake mushroom.

4. Sprinkle with bread crumbs on top, and then drizzle a few drop of olive oil.

5. Put in oven to bake until the crust is slightly golden.
