Snails Butter

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Onion - 3 oz
  • Shallot finely - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic finely - 1 tbsp
  • Paprika - 1 tsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Brandy - 1 tsp
  • Worchestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • Rosemary - 1/2 tsp
  • Marjoram - 1/2 tsp
  • Thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper finely - 1 tsp
  • Coriander finely - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Heat the pan with a tablespoon of butter, then add the onion.

2. Add the shallot and garlic to saute until fragrant, but avoid burning.

3. Mix the ingredients together, then add the butter and onion mixture. 

4. Whisk well.
