Wineshark Home Cooking - 56. Panfried Potatoes & Bacon

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Potatoes diced - 1 lb 8 oz
  • Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion - 4
  • Whipping cream - 4 oz
  • Bacon finely - 4 strips
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp




Procedures:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into dices. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.

2. Mix with flour, whipping cream and other seasonings.

3. Saute the bacon.

4. Pan-fry the potatoes, and put the bacon top, until golden brown. Then scramble it up.
