Wineshark Cooking Class - 48. Chicken Chowder

Ingredients:

  • Bacon chopped - 4 stripes
  • Onion finely - 4 oz
  • Celery cubes - 2 sticks
  • Diced potatoes - 6 oz
  • Whole kernel corn - 4 oz
  • Chicken stock - 1 lb
  • Diced cooked chicken - 4 oz
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt- 1 tsp
  • Ground nutmeg - dashes
Procedures:
  1. Saute bacon with some oil, then add onion to cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add celery, potatoes and chicken stock to cook for another 15 minutes.
  3. Add the corn, diced chicken to cook for a short while, then add seasonings.
