Wineshark Cooking Class - Roast Ham 烤焗火腿


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Ham - 1 
  • Clove - 15 g
  • Honey - 30 g
  • Mustard - 10 g
Procedures:

1. Pre-heat the oven at 200 degree Celsius, and put the whole ham in to bake for 1 hour.


2. Mix the honey and mustard together.


3. Peel off the skin of ham, then spread the sauce on all surfaces. 


4. Insert the clove on the ham.


5. Bake the ham at 220 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. Then slice and serve together with the jus.
