Wineshark Cooking Class - Vegetarian Cheese Hamburger 素豆腐芝士漢堡包

 

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Onion - 2 oz
  • Garlic - 2 tsp
  • Hard tofu - 1 box
  • Mushroom - 4 pieces
  • Bread - 1 slice
  • Milk - 90 ml
  • Egg - 1
  • Pork - 10 oz
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Hamburger buns - 4
  • Sliced cheese - 4
  • Pickles - 8 pieces
Procedures:
1. Use something heavy to press the hard tofu to squeeze out excess water, then cut into small cubes.
2. Cut the onion finely.
3. Cut the garlic finely.
4. Saute the onion with oil, and then add the garlic to season. Cook until the onion turns slightly brown then remove to cool.
5. Trim the bread and then cut into small pieces.
6. Soak the bread with milk.
7. Mince the pork.
8. Cut the white mushroom finely.
9. Mix the pork with onion, bread, mushroom, egg and herbs. Knead and toss the mixed meat.
10. Add the hard tofu and mix well. Then form into balls.
11. Pan-fry the meat batter with oil, until well-done and browned on both sides.
12. Toast the hamburger buns.
13. Put the meat batter on the bun.
14. Add a slice of cheese on top.
15. Chop the pickles and then put them on the cheese.
