Ingredients (for 4):
- Olive oil - 4 oz
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Chili - 2
- Spaghetti - 1 lb 4 oz
- Bacon - 4 strips
- Parsley - 1 tbsp
- Basil - 2 tbsp
- Oregano - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 oz
Procedures:
1. Cut the bacon into strips.
2. Cut the garlic into thin slices.
3. Cut the chili into small pieces.
4. Pan-fry the bacon for a short while, then remove.
5. Cook the spaghetti according to the cooking time on package.
6. Use olive oil and stir-fry the garlic.
7. Add the chili and continue to stir-fry.
8. Add the spaghetti, then pour in about 3-4 oz of the water used to cook the spaghetti to avoid them sticking together. Continue to toss and mix well.
9. Season with salt and herbs.
10. Serve on bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then put the bacon on top along with some parsley.
