Ingredients (for 4):
- Tomatoes - 2
- Avocado - 2
- Onion - 0.5
- Fresh coriander - 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Tortilla chips - 200 g
Procedures:
1. Fill a saucepan with water, then bring to the boil. Cut a cross into the underside of each tomato with a knife. Fill a bowl of iced water.
2. Put the tomatoes into the boiling water and leave for 10 seconds.
3. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the tomatoes to the iced water to cool for about 2 minutes.
4. Once cooled, peel the skin off the tomatoes.
5. Halve the tomatoes, scoop out the seeds and cut the flesh into fine strips. Then dice into cubes.
6. Pick the leaves off the coriander stalks and chop them finely.
7. Cut the avocados in half and remove the stones. Remove the flesh with a spoon.
8. Mash the avocado using a fork.
9. Chop the onion finely.
10. Add the chopped tomato, onion, and coriander to the avocados.
11. Pour in the lemon juice and stir. Season with salt.
12. Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips.
