Ingredients (for 4):
- Scallops - 3
- Prawns - 6
- Egg - 3
- Chicken broth - 1 bowl
- Shimeji mushroom - 1 bunch
- Spring onion - 1 tbsp
- Boiled water - 1 bowl
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Procedures:
1. Cut the scallops into cubes. Wipe dry with kitchen paper.
2. Remove the shell of the prawns, remove the intestines, wipe dry and cut into pieces.
3. Marinate the scallops and prawns with white pepper powder.
4. Break the shimeji mushroom into stems, clean and wipe dry.
5. Mix the egg with boiled water and chicken broth. Use a sieve to remove any bubble or solid.
6. Put the scallops, prawns and shimeji mushroom in the bowl, then pour in the egg mixture. Boil the egg for 10 minutes. Scatter the spring onion when serve.
