Wineshark Cooking Class - Horseradish Cream Sauce

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Horseradish - 2 oz
  • White vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Whipping cream - 2 oz






Procedures:

1. Shave the horseradish. 

2. Add white vinegar, salt and white pepper powder in.

3. Mix with the whisked whipping cream well.
