Ingredients (for 4):
- Horseradish - 2 oz
- White vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Whipping cream - 2 oz
Procedures:
1. Shave the horseradish.
2. Add white vinegar, salt and white pepper powder in.
3. Mix with the whisked whipping cream well.
