- Apples - 4
- Brandy - 4 tsp
- Runny honey - 4 tsp
- Ground cinnamon - 1 pinch
- Butter - 4 tsp
Procedures:
2. Remove the cores by cutting around the cores with a small sharp knife and push them out. Cut off the bottoms of the cores and put them back into the apples.
3. Put the apples into a baking tray and drizzle with brandy, and then pour the honey over the top.
4. Dust the apples with cinnamon.
5. Put some butter inside each apple.
6. Top each apple with a lid and cover the tray in foil.
7. Bake for 1 hour until the apples are tender.
