Wineshark Cooking Class - 15. Chili Garlic Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

• Light soy sauce - 80ml
• Dry sherry - 2 tbsp
• Small fresh red chili - 2
• Sweet chili sauce - 1 tsp
• Garlic finely - 1 tsp
• Grated fresh ginger - 1 tbsp
• Fresh coriander - 1 tbsp

Procedures:

1. Blend all the ingredients together.
