Ingredients (for 4):
- Chicken breast - 2 oz
- Snow fungi - 1 oz
- Sherry - 1 tsp
- Parsley - 1 pinch
- Chicken consomme - 2 lb 8 oz
Procedures:
1. Cut the chicken breast into shreds.
7. Serve by putting the chicken shreds on the bowl, then pour in the soup and snow fungi. Sprinkle with parsley.
