Ingredients (for 4):
- Farfalle - 200 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 4 tbsp
- Parsley - 1 tsp
- Beef stock - 600 ml
- Onion - 1/2
- Carrot - 1/2
- Celery - 2 sticks
- Bay leaves - 2
- Black peppercorns - 10
Procedures:
1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
6. Scoop up the farfalle and put into the bowl, put in the Parmesan cheese to mix up and let the cheese melt.
