Wineshark Cooking Class - Pastina in Brodo 小湯麵


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Farfalle - 200 g
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 4 tbsp
  • Parsley - 1 tsp
  • Beef stock - 600 ml
  • Onion - 1/2
  • Carrot - 1/2
  • Celery - 2 sticks
  • Bay leaves - 2
  • Black peppercorns - 10 
Procedures:

1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces.


2. Boil the beef stock and then add in the vegetables.


3. Boil for 30 minutes. Season with salt.


4. Sieve through to get the clear broth.


5. Heat up the broth to boiling, and then add in the farfalle to cook for 10 minutes.


6. Scoop up the farfalle and put into the bowl, put in the Parmesan cheese to mix up and let the cheese melt.


7. Pour in the broth and then sprinkle with parsley.
