Wineshark Cooking Class - Pan-seared Steak 煎牛扒


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Striploin - 4 pieces
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper finely - 2 tsp
Procedures:

1. Marinate the steak with salt and black pepper finely before cooking.


2. Put some oil on the pan, and heat at high temperature. Sear the sides of the steak for about 30 seconds before putting the steak to sear for 2.5 minutes. 


3. Turn the steak over and continue to sear for another 2.5 minutes. 


4. Put on the serving plate and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
