- Return to Tung Chung by taking NLB No. 11 at Sha Tsui.

This section of Lantau Trail begins with distance post L076, and finishes at L086. The start is also the trail leading to Kau Ling Chung Campsite, where you can go to take a look at the South Lantau Obelisk.
The whole section is very easy, walking along the catchwater on concrete road. The main challenge is the lack of shades so proper sun protection is necessary to avoid getting sunburn.
Along the way you can see Lantau Peak, the highest point on the island.
Soon you will reach the branch leading to Tai Long Wan Campsite, which has been closed due to COVID.
The catchwater then ends and after walking for a while the trail continues and joins Wang Pui Road, which leads to Tai Long Wan Beach.
Continuing soon you will start to see the buildings of Shek Pik Prison, and in no time the Public Toilet is in sight, which also marks the end of the trail, at Keung Shan Road.
