Wineshark Cooking Class - Noodles 醃粉


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Rice noodle - 400 g
  • Pork fatty - 50 g
  • Shallot - 8
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Fish sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Cut the pork fatty into small pieces.


2. Cut the shallot into quarters, then smashed lightly. Cut the garlic into finely.


3. Cook the pork fatty under low heat, extract the pig fatty oil. Remove the pork fatty residue for later use.


4. Add the shallot to deep-fry until cooked. 


5. Remove to get the shallot sauce.


6. Boil a pot of water and then add in the rice noodle. Cook for 3 minutes. 


7. Remove the noodle with sieve, then add the shallot sauce, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce to mix well. Sprinkle with the pork fatty residue.
