Wineshark Cooking Class - Potato Grain Tarts 薯撻


Ingredients (for 4)

  • Potato - 4
  • Butter - 40 g
  • Cream - 40 ml
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Mozzarella - 40 g
  • Gruyere - 6 g
  • Salt - 4 g
  • Black pepper finely - 4 g
  • Parsley - 6 g
Procedures:

1. Peel the potatoes.


2. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.


3. Chop the garlic finely.


4. Heat the butter and then add the garlic to cook at low heat for 2 minutes.


5. Turn off the heat, and then add cream and Mozzarella. Season with salt and black pepper finely. 


6. Mix with the sliced potatoes.


7. Put the potatoes one layer by layer on a circular mold. 


8. Put in oven pre-heated at 200 degree Celsius to bake for 40 minutes.


9. Remove from the mold, and then dusted with Gruyere and parsley.
