Wineshark Cooking Class - Exotic Stewed Vegetables 異國風味燉菜


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken steak - 600 g
  • Onion - 1
  • Celery - 4 stalks
  • Potato - 2
  • Green bell pepper - 2
  • Coriander - 2 sprigs
  • Fish sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Procedures:

1. Cut the chicken steak into halves and marinate with salt. 


2. Cut the onion into quarters.


3. Peel the celery to remove the hard fibers, then cut into sections.


4. Cut the green bell pepper into quarters.


5. Cut the potatoes into pieces.


6. Heat the pot at medium level with oil, and then add the onion and celery to stir fry for a while.


7. Add the chicken, potato and green bell pepper on top. Pour in the fish sauce and cover with lid. 


8. When steams seep out, lower the heat and continue to cook for 40 minutes. Then turn off the heat and allow it to simmer for another 15 minutes. Season with black pepper and serve. Put the coriander on top.
