Ingredients (for 4):
- Spaghetti - 400 g
- Onion finely - 250 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tsp
- Basil - 8 leaves
- Anchovy - 4 tails
- Tuna - 160 g
- White wine - 4 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Peeled tomatoes - 400 g
Procedures:
1. Chop the onion finely.
2. Chop the garlic finely.
3. Boil a hot of water, and then cook the spaghetti according to the packing instruction.
4. Saute the onion with olive oil.
5. Add the garlic in, and then add tuna. Add white wine and continue to cook for a while.
6. Add tomatoes and anchovy. Continue to cook for a while. Season with white pepper powder.
7. Add the basil leaves and switch off the heat.
8. Place the spaghetti on the bowl, and then pour in the tuna and sauce on top.
