Ingredients (for 4):
- Glutinous rice - 1.5 cup
- Chinese sausage - 1
- Duck liver sausage - 1
- Cured meat - 100 g
- Dried shrimp - 20 g
- Dried shiitake mushroom - 3
- Spring onion - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Procedures:
1. Soak the glutinous rice with 4.5 cups of water and add 1/2 tsp of salt, for about 20 minutes.
8. Cut the softened shiitake mushroom and shrimp into small pieces. Retain the water used for soaking.
10. Stir-fry the sausages, cured meat, diced dried shiitake mushroom and shrimps with a tbsp of oil. Then remove.
11. Stir-fry the glutinous rice with the oil left on the wok, continue to mix while gradually pour in the water used to soak the mushroom and shrimps. Continue to mix until the rice is cooked.
12. Add the sausages, cured meat, dried shiitake mushroom and shrimps. Mix well. Then pour in the sweet soy sauce.
