Wineshark Cooking Class - Baked Tuna on Toast 焗吞拿魚多士


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Tuna - 160 g
  • Mayonnaise - 40 g
  • Onion finely - 160 g
  • Mozzarella cheese - 20 g
  • Parmesan cheese - 10 g
  • Butter - 10 g
  • Bread - 4 pieces
Procedures:

1. Mix the chopped onion with tuna and mayonnaise.


2. Toast the bread.


3. Spread the butter on the toast. 


4. Spread the tuna on the toast.


5. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.


6. Bake in oven at 150 degrees, until the toast darkens and the cheese melted. 


7. Cut the toast in halves to serve.
