Ingredients (for 4):
- Mutton - 400 g
- Ghee - 80 g
- Onion - 1
- Ginger - 4 tsp
- Tomato - 6
- Chili - 4
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 4 tsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Yogurt - 2 cups
- Mint leaves - 3 tsp
- Cumin - 3 tsp
- Cardamon - 1 tsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
Procedures:
1. Cut the mutton into chunks.
2. Cut the ginger into small pieces, and cut the chili into strips.
3. Cut the tomato into wedges.
5. Toast the cardamon for 5 minutes.
6. Grind the cardamon into powder.
7. Cook the onion finely with ghee.
8. Add the mutton and mix well.
9. Add the ginger and chili. Mix well.
10. Add the tomato wedges.
11. Add the turmeric, cumin and coriander powder. Season with salt and continue to cook for 15 minute under low heat.
12. Add yogurt and water to mix well. Continue to cook until it boils.
13. Add the mint leaves and cardamon powder.
14. Serve with the coriander leaves on top.
