Ingredients (for 4):
- Oyster - 1 bowl
- Pork - 100 g
- Rice - 2 bowls
- Kimchi - 1 bowl
- Ginger - 8 slices
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Chicken stock - 1 bowl
- Water - 3 bowl
Procedures:
1. Cut the ginger into slices and then cut into strips for half of them.
2. Wash the oysters and then add to boiling water, putting in the ginger slices and blanch for 1 minute. Remove and drip dry.
