Ingredients (for 4):
- Pork - 350 g
- Tomato - 3
- Linguine - 2/3 bags
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Mixed herbs - 2 tsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Black pepper finely - 2 tsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tsp
- Corn starch - 2 tsp
Procedures:
1. Cut a cross at the bottom of the tomatoes. And put in boiling water for a short while.
2. Remove the tomatoes and peel off the skin. Then cut two of each into six pieces. Remove the seeds.
3. Chop the remaining tomato into small pieces.
4. Cut the pork into slices. Marinate with black pepper finely, soy sauce and corn starch.
5. Cut the garlic into slices.
6. Heat the wok and pour in some oil, then stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.
7. Add the pork slices and cook until well done. Then remove.
8. Boil a pot of water, add 2 teaspoon of salt and cook the linguine according to the package instruction. Put the linguine in a serving bowl.
9. Heat the pan with the chopped tomatoes, season with mixed herbs and salt.
10. When it is heated, add the tomato slices and pork to mix well.
11. Pour the tomato and pork on top of the linguine, and sprinkle with some parsley.
