Ingredients (for 4):
- Spare ribs - 4 pieces
- Onion - 10 oz
- Salt - 1.5 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- White wine - 8 oz
- Balsamic vinegar - 3 oz
- Thyme - 1 tsp
- Honey - 2 oz
Procedures:
1. Cut the spare ribs into appropriate size. Then marinate with salt and white pepper powder, adding a bit of water, for at least 30 minutes.
2. Pan-fry the spare ribs until golden brown on both sides.
3. Cut the onion into shreds.
4. Stir-fry the onion with oil.
5. Add thyme, white wine, balsamic vinegar, honey and cook until boiling.
6. Add the spare ribs and continue to braise for 25 minutes.
