Wineshark Cooking Class - Steamed Minced Pork with Shiitake Mushroom

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Pork - 400 g
  • Shiitake mushroom - 6
  • Water - 1/3 cup
  • Oat bran - 2 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame oil - 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Procedures:

1. Soak the shiitake mushroom, then remove the stem and cut into small pieces.

2. Mince the pork.

3. Mix the pork with oat bran, then marinate with white pepper powder, sesame oil and soy sauce for 10 minutes.

4. Add the water gradually into the pork, until all the water is absorbed into the pork.

5. Mix the shiitake mushroom into the pork. Poke a few holes using chopsticks.

6. Steam the pork for 10 minutes.
