Ingredients (for 4):
- Fish broth - 2 lb 8 oz
- Miso paste - 1.5 oz
- Soft bean curd - 1 pack
- Diced spring onion - 1 tbsp
Procedures:
1. Prepare the fish broth to boiling.
2. Add the miso paste and mix well.
3. Cut the bean curd into cubes and put in warm water.
4. Cut the spring onion into small pieces.
5. Put the bean curd in the bowl and pour the soup on top, sprinkle with spring onion.
