Ingredients (for 4):
- Minced pork - 200 g
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Tianjin preserved vegetable - 3 tbsp
- Corn starch - 1.5 tbsp
- Oat meal - 3 tbsp
Procedures:
1. Rinse the preserved vegetables with cold water, squeeze out excess water and chop.
2. Marinate the pork with soy sauce, sugar and 3 tbsp of water for 15 minutes.
3. Crush oat meal by hand and mix with pork together, adding preserved vegetables and corn starch in the process.
4. Add 2 tbsp of oil, mix well, put in a plate and form into a meat patty.
5. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
