Ingredients (for 4):
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Onion finely - 6 oz
- Garlic finely - 1 tsp
- Tomato peeled finely - 8 oz
- Thickened gravy - 6 oz
- White wine - 2 oz
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Sage - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
Procedures:
1. Stir-fry the onion with olive oil. Then add the garlic and continue to stir-fry till fragrant.
2. Add the tomato dices.
3. Add gravy, white wine, balsamic vinegar, sage and seasonings.
