- Scallops - 8 pieces
- Prawns - 10
- Rice - 4 bowls
- Egg - 4
- Chili - 1
- Dried chili - 1.5 tsp
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Spring onion - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1.5 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
Procedures:
1. Clean the scallops, wipe with tissue paper to dry, then cut into pieces.
2. Remove the shell of the prawns, remove the intestines, clean and wipe dry. Then cut into pieces.
3. Whisk the egg with salt.
4. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
5. Remove the seeds of the chili and cut into pieces.
6. Clean the spring onion and chop into small pieces.
7. Heat the pan and then add the oil in. Stir-fry the garlic and dried chili until fragrant.
8. Add the scallops and prawn pieces to cook.
9. Add the rice in and mix well, ensure the rice does not get crumbled.
10. Add the egg gradually and continue to stir fry.
11. Add the chili and spring onion.
