- Pork fillet - 1 lb
- Flour - 1 oz
- Rosemary - 1/2 tsp
- Dry mustard - 2 tsp
- Butter - 1 oz
- Orange - 1
- White wine - 2 oz
- Orange juice - 6 oz
- Whipping cream - 2 oz
- Salt - 1 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Parsley finely - 1 tbsp
- Onion sliced - 6 oz
Procedures:
1. Slice the pork, then marinate with flour, rosemary and dry mustard. Add some oil as well and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Saute onion with butter, then add the pork and saute for 4 minutes.
3. Add white wine and then orange, orange juice, whipping cream and season.
4. Pour on top of spaghetti and sprinkle with parsley on top.
