- Chicken wings - 12
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Rice wine - 3 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Egg - 6
Procedures:
2. Blanch the chicken wings for a short while, then drip dry.
3. Heat the pot and add garlic and ginger. When it is fragrant, add the chicken wings and sauce.
4. Cover the lid and turn to medium/low heat, stir regularly and cook for 15 minutes.
5. Add the eggs to cook for another 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat and stir well, before covering the lid to braise for another 10 minutes.
6. Cut the eggs in halves and serve.
