Wineshark Cooking Class - Tempura Cheese Roll 天婦羅起司捲


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken breast - 2 pieces
  • Cheese - 200 g
  • Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Flour - 75 g
  • Water - 8 tbsp
  • Cherry tomato - 10
Procedures:

1. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices.


2. Cut the cheese into strips of 1cm wide.


3. Put a piece of cheese on the chicken breast and roll it up. Coat with some flour on the outside.


4. Mix the flour, egg and water together to form the batter.


5. Put the chicken roll in the batter.


6. Deep fry the chicken roll in hot oil until golden on the surface.


7. Serve with the cherry tomato on the side.
