Ingredients (for 4):
- Butter - 2 oz
- Flour - 2 oz
- Bay leaf - 2
- Fish stock - 1 lb
- Whipping cream - 1 oz
- Evaporated milk - 1 oz
- Lemon juice - 1 wedge
- Salt - 1 tsp
Procedures:
1. Heat the butter till it melts and then add in the flour and bay leaves. Cook at low heat for 5 minutes and continue to stir well.
