Ingredients (for 4):
- Pork tenderloin - 400 g
- Cabbage - 1/8
- Onion - 1
- Celery - 2 sticks
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- French mustard - 2 tbsp
Procedures:
1. Season the pork tenderloin with salt.
2. Cut the cabbage in halves, and then cut the onion into quarters. Cut the celery into sections. Pour the olive oil in the pot and then put the cabbage in, follow by the pork on top, surround with the onion and celery.
3. Cover with lid and cover with medium heat to cook until steam comes out, then turn to low heat and continue to cook for 40 minutes.
4. Remove the pork and cut into pieces of 5mm thick.
