Wineshark Cooking Class - Baked Pork Chop with Rice 焗豬扒飯


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Egg - 2
  • Rice - 1.5 mug
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • Spring onion - 1 sprig
  • Flour - 4 tbsp
Procedures:

1. Heat the wok with oil, then pour in the whisked egg.


2. Add the steamed rice and mix well. Add salt to season.


3. Add the chopped spring onion and mix well. Place the fried rice on the baking tray.


4. Pan-fry (or Deep-fry) the marinated pork chop after coating it with flour.


5. Put the pork chop on top of the fried rice, and then pour in the sauce with the vegetables on top. Bake in oven until the surface is golden.
